A mouthful of rain

Small bits of misery

And half a pound of pain

In the evening I spit the poison in your soup

The firedemon’s crawling in the midnight stew

Never heartless

A well of exhaustion

Naked and low

I’m a tear in the lake

The scrape in the bowl

The fever… I’ll take my sickness to the stars

As a titan I will fight there on the fields of Mars

Like Lazarus I will take my bed and hate again
