Nothing is coincidence

All things have meaning

For all things have reasons we may or may not at the time understand

It’s the cycle of life

And I take the time to reflect on mine

Reflecting on both the good times and the bad

For, you see, neither lasts forever

Things never remain the same

So I embrace the joy

I embrace the pain

For in order to grow

We need the sunshine just as much as we need the rain

I need an understanding

A knowledge of what is truth

And a knowledge of what is fake

And in order to grow

I must too embrace my suffering

It’s essential for my growth

I need it to build my character

To grow wiser

To grow stronger

To gain experience

And to progress as a man

Nothing is coincidence
