there lived a lonley young king

men were sent out to find a bride for him

they brought him pretty daughters from uptown

with heads big enough to wear the crown

but the king was already lost

and so was the crown

´cause he had tasted simple love — downtown —

Downtown he found a simple love

the king is abandoning the crown

Downtown he found a deeper love

Once upon a time there was a missing king
