Though I may speak with tongues of men

Or as angels up above

My words are like a noisy cymbal

If I do not have love

Though I may have the faith

To make mountains move

And know all the mysteries

I am nothing apart from love

'Cause love is patient, love is kind

And love knows no jealousy

It does not boast, love is not proud

Does not act unbecomingly

Love seeks not its own

Forgives every wrong

Rejoices in what’s true

This is what love can do

Love hopes, believes

And endures all things

Love bears it burdens well

Faith, hope, and love

Now abide, these three

But the greatest

The greatest of these is love
