We’ve been through some highs, forgot the lows

We’ve settled for playing garden parties in the rain, well, so it goes

I don’t think we’d ever had the chance to

Get bigger than what we are today

We never got further than a name-drop in a nineties Wölf cd

Still we do the same

We’re there once a week to revel in stereo

Slowly turning grey

And I’m pretty sure that we never will tour Ontario

So far, so good, so what if we’re older

Those were good times but as years went by, we slowly parted ways

So now it’s Apollo Radio burning

Sometimes we get paid, sometimes for free

We’re aiming for 15 songs in a 30 minute show

Reliving younger days

Still we do the same

We’re there once a week to revel in stereo

And I’m pretty sure that we never will tour Ontario

It’s hard to tell where we’ll be going from here

We might call it quits in a couple of years

Someday we will tell our grandchildren all about the days

When we were big and all ablaze
