She is the mistress of magic

Isis the speaker of spells

When ra descends on the horizon

Come secrets never meant to tell

Walking into the sun

With her seven scorpions

Wander through the land

Guided by these seven scorpions

Beware the deadly poison

Of the seven scorpions

To the town of the two sandals

Where the crocodile is god

She approached the house of glory

Wayworn and weary from afar

Seeking rest and shelter

But the woman rudely slammed the door

Tefen crept into the house

Struck the child with a sting of sevenfold

Bring on them death and fire

From this lone scorpion

Glory’s heart swelled with sorrow

Grief, mourning and lament

But isis called the words of power

To raise the child up from the dead

Token of repentance

Laid her wealth at the feet with gratitude

Wander through the land
