I’ve been tearing things down so I can build them up

Like monoliths way up above

I’ve been pouring out water on to dusty ground

To quench my thirsty mouth

I’ve been thinking things no one around me thinks

That no one I know believes

And hideous in me my panacea’s scream

In the worst kinds of disease

But I am not one, I am many

Life has rushed past me, I cannot hold a single thing

It’s always hiding in between

But still the universe is flowing in and out my mind

Seeing all that passes by my eyes
